Free for up to 25 active customers. After that, you pay by the month, in francs.
Counts are active customers. Prices are in Rwandan francs, billed monthly. Wherever we show US dollars, we show the BNR rate used and its date.
Founding hosts: the first 10 hosts get 3 months free and keep their price for 12 months. We also move them from WHMCS at no charge.

Will you ever ask for my MoMo PIN?
No. Taji never asks for a MoMo or Airtel Money PIN, and nobody at HackFlix will. Your customer gets a prompt on their own phone and approves it there. If anyone asks for a PIN in Taji's name, don't give it.
Does Taji issue RRA EBM receipts?
Taji is built for RRA's EBM. Each tax invoice gets its RRA tax receipt automatically. RRA certification is in progress.
Where is my data, and who can see it?
Taji keeps your billing data in the cloud, at Hetzner in Germany (EU). Your customers' websites and email stay on your own servers, wherever you run them. Each host's data is kept apart from every other host's. Your staff sign in with two steps and see only what their role allows. Passwords are stored hashed, never as plain text.
How does moving from WHMCS work?
HackFlix imports your WHMCS data with you. You check a trial run and approve it before anything goes live. If an import fails, it is rolled back.
Can I keep my own registrar?
Yes. Use HackFlix wholesale for .rw, .co.rw, .com and others, or connect your own registrar. Taji keeps a wholesale wallet for you and warns you before its balance runs low.
